An accessible space for crafters and designers to connect
For many years Ravelry has been the place for independent designers, spinners and dyers to sell their amazing work. Many designer's livelihood has relied on this site. However, with the recent accessibility problems with Ravelry, many are choosing to find alternative platforms to sell their work either in place or in addition to Ravelry. If you would like to support their efforts here Is a handy guide. Please be aware many of the designers are in the process of making their work available on alternative platforms. Visiting designer's websites, signing up for their Newsletter and following on social media will help you stay up to date on their efforts AND show your support for their commitment to inclusion and accessibility.
Are you a designer who would like to submit your link or has corrections? A visitor who has spotted an issue with the TFIL? Please use these forms to contact me.
*All links on "The Fiber Indy List" are to non-Ravelry webpages. However, designer's personal websites/blogs may contain unmarked links to Ravelry.
I make my best effort to screen websites to ensure they comply with the goals of this list. However, I cannot and do not guarantee that links on other business websites are safe.
